Wireless Retail Store Manager

About the role

Blue Link Wireless is an AT&T Authorized Retailer looking to hire a Retail Store Manager. This position offers a competitive salary range from $17.30 per hour to $29.30 per hour, with a performance-driven commission and bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a retail store, overseeing operations and customer service
• Develop and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive initiatives beyond the store
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Two plus years of retail wireless management experience preferred
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and retail systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
• Strategic perspective and championing change
• Inspire your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
• Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
• Take initiative and strive to create results
