Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical assistance
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for some locations)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus

Pay

$20.00 per hour - $32.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
