Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless devices and services.
• Manage inventory and ensure store appearance is maintained.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless products and services.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and customer service.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and services.

Pay

$19.00 per hour - $31.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity).
