Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless to customers, providing them with information about products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of AT&T and Blue Link Wireless products.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
• Participate in cross-selling activities to promote additional products and services.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and telecommunications products.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay

$18.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
