About the Role

Arch Telecom’s Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RAMs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. This role is a learning opportunity, where you will work with your team to build required skills and assist the Retail Store Manager in all operational duties.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
• Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating:
• Network coverage and speed advantages.
• Benefits of plans and services.
• Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
• Build relationships with employees across channels to:
• Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for company success.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills and competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to lead the team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
• Effective operational, financial, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills with both team members and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience preferred.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
