Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with automated assembly equipment.
• Good physical condition to perform repetitive tasks.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
