Wire Harness Assembler

About the role

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications and procedures.
• Test assembled wire harnesses for functionality and compliance with quality standards.
• Inspect wire harnesses for defects and ensure all components are correctly installed.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of wire harness assembly processes.
• Basic knowledge of electrical principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
