About the Role
The WIOA Youth Program Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the WIOA Youth Link program. This position supervises Youth Career Navigators, monitors participant progress and program performance, and supports coordinated workforce, education, training, and support services that promote educational attainment, workforce readiness, and economic mobility and career advancement. The Project Manager collaborates with workforce, education, employer, and community partners to support participant success and strengthen regional career pathway opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the WIOA Youth Link program.
- Supervise Youth Career Navigators.
- Monitor participant progress and program performance.
- Support coordinated workforce, education, training, and support services to promote educational attainment, workforce readiness, and economic mobility.
- Collaborate with workforce, education, employer, and community partners to support participant success and strengthen regional career pathway opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree + 6 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
Working Conditions
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- No or very limited physical effort required.
- Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
Pay
$53,165.80 - $67,786.96 annually (commensurate with qualifications).
Schedule
Standard (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
