Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with retail and on-premise customers.
- Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities.
- Possess the ability to prospect, qualify, and open new accounts within your assigned territory.
- Develop customer-specific business growth plans.
- Build awareness and distribution of Handcrafted Wine & Spirits' portfolio.
- Analyze sales data and market opportunities to drive account growth.
- Plan and execute regular sales calls with meaningful follow-up.
- Present products and promotions using consultative selling techniques.
- Prepare professional customer presentations and proposals.
- Achieve company and supplier objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and timely order entry.
- Stay knowledgeable about our portfolio, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Attend sales meetings, supplier events, and training opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Wine and spirits industry experience is a plus.
- Must reside in the Omaha metro area or surrounding communities.
- Ability to travel throughout the Eastern Nebraska territory.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using mobile technology, tablets, smartphones, email, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve goals.
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Physical Requirements
- Regular use of computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Daily driving throughout the assigned territory.
