Responsibilities

• Manage inventory
• Review and validate received orders
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure product quality and freshness
• Maintain product knowledge across the store
• Communicate and execute weekly plans
• Manage scheduling
• Adhere to food safety and safety guidelines
• Ensure a clean, attractive department
• Support department management in staffing, training, performance management, and goal setting
• Participate in meetings and maintain operational standards
• Implement company core values
• Support guest experience
• Adapt to additional departmental tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred
