Windows Refresh Technician

About the role

A large healthcare organization in Pennsylvania is looking to bring on 2 consultants to help support their Windows 11 deployment process. Consultants will start off working at their main hospital location, however they will ultimately be deploying out to the 50+ locations within the tristate area. The consultants are eligible for reimbursement for mileage to/from the main location.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 deployment across main hospital and 50+ tristate area locations
• Perform deployments using Intune (preferred)
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during deployment
• Work flexible shifts including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends as needed for locations with hour limitations

Requirements

• Prior deployment experience (required)
• Windows 11 deployment experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience using Intune for deployments (ideal)
• Reliable transportation/car required for travel to 50+ locations
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends

Qualifications

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, starting at 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM. Flexibility is required as there are 2nd and 3rd shift spots, along with weekend shifts for spaces that have limitations around hours.

Location

Fully onsite in Philadelphia, PA. Travel to 50+ locations within the tristate area required; mileage reimbursement provided for travel to/from the main location.
