PC Refresh Lab Technician

About the role

Our client is seeking a qualified PC Refresh Lab Technician to work onsite in Dallas, TX. The position involves supporting PC refresh operations and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
• Unbox new PCs and equipment.
• Perform refreshes and builds.
• Utilize Autopilot for pre‑provisions.

Requirements

• Must be adaptable and able to complete all assigned tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• W2 employment status only; no Corp‑to‑Corp arrangements.
• Participation in live, on‑camera video interviews for identity verification (recorded where permitted).

Pay

The hourly rate ranges from $18.75 to $25.00, depending on geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The rate will not be below the local minimum wage.
