Pc Refresh Technician

TEKsystems is seeking two consultants to support a Windows 11 deployment for a large healthcare organization in Pennsylvania. Consultants will initially work at the main hospital location in Philadelphia and later deploy to over 50 locations across the tristate area. Reliable transportation is required, and mileage reimbursement is available for travel to and from the main location.

About the role

This is a contract, fully onsite position based in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including potential 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekend work due to site-specific hour limitations. Initial shifts are 8 hours, typically starting at 7:30 or 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 deployment across multiple healthcare locations
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide technical support
• Collaborate in a dynamic team environment

Requirements

• Prior deployment experience (Windows 11 experience strongly preferred)
• Experience using Intune for deployments (ideal but not required)
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation (required for travel to multiple locations)
