About the role
The Install Team Lead position at PARR is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of the window installation team. Reporting directly to the Install Manager or Field Supervisor, this role involves managing and training team members, handling personnel changes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and train team members
- Establish and maintain a comfortable and safe working environment
- Manage personnel changes and assist in hiring
- Assign and distribute work, assign overtime, and make recommendations for layoffs and recalls
- Investigate misconduct and safety violations
- Create and maintain a well-rounded staff through cross-training and ongoing education
- Maintain cleanliness of service trucks and hold team accountable
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns
- Assist in accident investigations
- Enforce company drug and alcohol policy
- Work flexible hours as needed
- Assist other team members with work
- Set and meet team goals
- Contribute ideas to improve operations
- Perform tasks related to fleet management
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar job
- 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and other necessary equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to speak, write, and read English
- Class C driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and as a leader
- Ability to manage stress and interact with others professionally

Pay and Schedule
The starting pay range for this position is $31.48 - $36.18 per hour.
