Non-Negotiable Skills

• Serve as a senior technical authority for Microsoft 365 and Exchange, including hybrid Exchange architectures.
• Design, implement, and maintain Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises environments, including mail flow, transport, migrations, and coexistence.
• Lead messaging and directory migration initiatives, including tooling such as Quest On Demand.
• Own and integrate email security platforms, including Proofpoint, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange, Hybrid Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Proofpoint.
• Able to think outside the box and proactively suggest effective solutions.
• Capable of leading and contributing to design sessions.
• Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with other teams, understand their requirements, and recommend the best possible solutions when teams seek guidance on how processes and systems are implemented.
