Windows Engineer

About the role

The selected candidate will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system operating systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running Windows operating systems.
• Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks, deploy applications and other infrastructure related tasks.
• Evaluates vendor products.
• Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced staff members.
• Maintains systems documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• Nine (9) or more years of related systems engineering experience in systems administration and analysis.
• IAT-II Certification (i.e., Sec+ CE or equivalent certification).
• U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000.
