About the Role

You will serve as the essential link between field measurements and final installations by ensuring every Marvin product order is executed with 100% accuracy. Your technical precision will directly protect project timelines and uphold our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Validate and review field measurements from Project Managers to ensure perfect technical specifications for every order.
  • Execute complex product orders directly with Marvin Windows, managing intricate details regarding sizes, finishes, and customizations.
  • Cook up real-time order tracking and delivery timelines to maintain seamless project momentum.
  • Resolve vendor discrepancies and logistical bottlenecks to prevent project delays and budget overruns.
  • Communicate critical updates and technical adjustments to field leadership to ensure site readiness.
  • Maintain meticulous digital records of invoices and project documentation to ensure operational transparency.
  • Optimize internal ordering workflows to increase departmental efficiency and reduce material waste.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret technical measurements, takeoffs, and project specifications.
  • Advanced organizational skills with a track record of managing high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook, for data management.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for collaborating with field teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Specialized experience in window and door procurement or technical sales (preferred).
  • Prior experience utilizing manufacturer-specific ordering portals or vendor management systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Marvin Windows product lines and customization options (preferred).

Skills

Proven experience within the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry.
