About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows Server Administrator with 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server infrastructure across both AWS Cloud and On-Premises environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high system availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers
• Perform OS upgrades, patch management, migration, vulnerability remediation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor server health, including CPU, memory, storage, and network utilization
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of Windows servers
• Support enterprise server operations and infrastructure
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PowerShell scripting
• Handle disaster recovery and cloud operations

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Windows server administration on Cloud/On-Prem
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Strong understanding of Active Directory administration
• Experience with AWS EC2 and hybrid environments

Qualifications

• Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification
• VMware VCP Certification
• ITIL Foundation certification

Pay

$90,000–$100,000 a year
