Windows / 365 Engineer

About the role

Windows Administrator needed to join a team of 8 that support an enterprise Windows platform. The team works collaboratively to support Windows technology, with each member having areas of expertise. This person will replace a longtime employee who is retiring and was the primary administrator of the M365 environment, so the right candidate will be very strong with Microsoft 365 administration. The position is a Contract to Hire role based in Novi, MI with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the enterprise Windows platform.
• Collaborate with team members to administer Windows technology.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including administration tasks.
• Handle Active Directory, Intune, and Entra related tasks (beneficial).
• Work with VMware or Citrix for virtualization as needed.

Skills

• 5+ years of Windows Administration (knowledge of AD, Intune, Entra beneficial)
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with VMware or Citrix for virtualization

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
