About the role
Cornerstone Capital Bank is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer. Someone who is passionate about providing technical solutions to complex business challenges, embracing Azure AD for cloud-based identity services, and supporting an active directory environment.
Location: Houston hybrid or San Antonio hybrid
Responsibilities
- User account provisioning, group and MS Teams administration
- Intune mobile device management, being an integral resource for interesting projects & consistently improving processes with automation through PowerShell, Flow and APIs
- Manage and maintain the M365 environment, including services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Ensure system health, security, and proper functioning for end-users
- Responsible for deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications and features
- Establish and perform the O365 best practices
- Perform administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations
- Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives
- Perform product testing and integration testing
- Identify security risks to our O365 environment and services and suggest mitigation solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT and business work experience and 4 years in focus area
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as Active Directory, OKTA, & Microsoft “cloud” solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to be involved with multiple IT projects and deliver on time and within budget
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with people within different levels of an organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
