Microsoft 365 Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams or work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.
• Implement and support Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions.
• Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.
• Plan, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise clients.
• Implement security, compliance, and device management best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Show strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project delivery experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or working in an MSP environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365 administration.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.
• Experience managing Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Proficient in administering and supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Prioritize and execute Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of implementing security, compliance, and device management best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Show excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Show strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project delivery experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.
