Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and installation work on windows, doors, skylights, sun tunnels, and related products.
• Remove old windows or doors and repair or replace necessary rotten or damaged framing, siding, drywall, or any adjoining materials and dispose of properly.
• Install windows, doors, frames, trim, and hardware according to company procedures and specifications.
• Measure windows, doors, skylights, and related products; verify selections with homeowners and assist with ordering and obtaining necessary materials.
• Wrap windows & doors, paint, stain, or perform drywall repair, when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in window, framing and finish trade.
• Equivalent education, training and/or related work experience.
• Direct hire only (no contract/1099).
• Location: While the corporate office is based in WI, the majority of work for this role will take place in MN. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to the Baldwin, WI location for meetings, training, or other business needs.

Pay

$35.00 – $42.00 per hour
