Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality service, adjustments, and repair work on replacement windows and residential doors.
• Troubleshoot product performance and installation-related issues in the field, replacing sashes, hardware, balances, and other components as needed.
• Utilize field expertise to make on-site adjustments, including wrapping and bending metal to ensure a flawless finish.
• Act as a clean, professional problem-solver; communicate clearly with homeowners, answer their questions, and leave them confident that their project is functioning perfectly.

Requirements

• Solid, working understanding of construction practices, installation techniques, and how window/door components function.
• Proven proficiency with installation tools and equipment, including experience bending metal.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and efficiently manage a daily route of service appointments.
• Positive attitude and calm, professional demeanor when dealing directly with clients in their homes.
• Valid driver’s license
