Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality service, adjustments, and repair work on replacement windows and residential doors
• Troubleshoot product performance and installation-related issues in the field, replacing sashes, hardware, balances, and other components as needed
• Utilize your field expertise to make on-site adjustments, including wrapping and bending metal to ensure a flawless finish
• Act as a clean, professional problem-solver; communicate clearly with homeowners, answer their questions, and leave them confident that their project is functioning perfectly

Requirements

• Installation or service experience with a solid, working understanding of construction practices, installation techniques, and how window/door components function
• Proven proficiency with installation tools and equipment, including experience bending metal
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work well independently, stay organized, and efficiently manage a daily route of service appointments
• Positive attitude and a calm, professional demeanor when dealing directly with clients in their homes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass a standard background check
