Since opening in April 2012, our company has grown to be one of the largest window cleaning businesses in North America. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company. We Are Seeking Candidates Who Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2024 season.

What You Will Do

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service
• Excel in a team environment
• Help our business grow by offering additional services, hang door hangers, and talk with neighbors
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success

What We Offer

• Competitive wages and incentive bonuses ($19 - $23 per hour with opportunity for tips, sales bonuses, and Google review bonuses)
• Great schedule, no evenings. We work 8-10 hours a day, varying 30-40 hours per week
