Responsible for maintaining high-rise windows in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-rise windows using specialized equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with building management and tenants
- Perform routine maintenance checks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred
Skills
- Proficient in the use of window cleaning equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
