Window Cleaning Technician
Sparkle Squad is a family-owned window and exterior cleaning company serving homes and businesses throughout Minnesota's west metro. We're building something special, and we're looking for a few great people who want the opportunity to grow with us from the ground level.
This isn't just about cleaning windows. We're looking for people who notice what needs to be done and take care of it. Someone who takes pride in a clean truck, organized equipment, a happy customer, and a job that looks great when we leave. If you're someone who sees a problem and thinks, "I'll take care of that," rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do, we want to meet you.
What You'll Earn

- Tips from customers
- Performance-based bonuses
- Paid training
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Consistent daytime schedule, typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Overtime opportunities during peak season
- Opportunity to grow into greater responsibility and leadership as the company expands
