Window Cleaning Technician

About the role

Sparkle Squad is a fast-growing, professional window cleaning and exterior maintenance company serving homes, senior living communities, restaurants, and commercial properties across Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and glass doors.
• Often times these are at height.
• Perform gutter cleaning, light pressure washing, and related exterior services.
• During the holidays, hang holiday lights and festive decorations.
• Operate ladders, lifts and equipment safely and confidently.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every job site.
• Maintain a clean work vehicle, tools, and uniform.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up ready to go.
• Comfortable working outdoors and working at heights.
• Positive attitude and great communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move equipment safely.
• Experience in window cleaning or exterior services is a plus, but not required — we train the right people.

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently.
