What You'll Do

• Clean residential and commercial windows to Sparkle Squad standards
• Perform gutter cleaning and house washing services
• Safely use ladders, equipment, and cleaning tools
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every job site
• Create memorable customer experiences through professionalism and attention to detail
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Pay & Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Consistent daytime schedule (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus tips
• Performance-based bonuses
• Paid training
