Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM as needed

Position Overview

The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete exterior and interior window cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
• Maintain strong customer relationships through positive communication and quality work
• Help create a memorable customer experience at every service visit
• Follow company procedures and safety standards while working on-site
• Continuously improve through training, coaching, and feedback
• Represent the Sparkle Squad brand with professionalism and pride

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
