Window Cleaning Technician

About the Role

Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan. You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform requested services such as window cleaning, holiday lighting, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day. You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning and holiday lighting services for residential and commercial customers.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Lift and carry equipment, including ladders up to 30 pounds.
• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Adhere to company core values and maintain a team-focused culture.

Requirements

• Must enjoy working with people.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to have fun while working.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (e.g., ladders).
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be comfortable working outside.

This is an entry-level position! No prior experience is necessary.

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, with additional bonuses based on performance.
