Pay
Starting wage of $15–$20 per hour, with potential for commissions and performance‑based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team each morning to review the day’s game plan.
- Drive a Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (usually with a teammate) to perform window‑cleaning services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Interact with customers to ensure expectations are being met on the job.
- Return to the Shine office at day’s end to recap the work performed.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with people.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required – entry‑level position.
- Strong character, solid work ethic, and a drive to be the best.
