Responsibilities

• Read blueprints
• Use a tape measure, hand tools, calipers, and similar devices
• Perform incoming inspection of transformers
• Perform teardown and inspection of core and coil assembly
• Load coils onto core and yoke core form or stack shell form
• Repair, stack, and re-insulate cores as required
• Perform jacking of core blocking and insulation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Machine operating experience (desired)
• Military experience (a plus)
