About the role
A Snapshot of Your Day
- Conducting blade inspections as a primary responsibility, thoroughly examining all blade quadrants.
- Performing maintenance on turbines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs in a safe and timely manner.
- Climbing turbines (300 feet) and working in confined spaces at elevation.
- Recording and reporting service activity accurately using company tools and protocols.
- Maintaining compliance with company safety standards, site rules, and environmental protocols.
- Being physically prepared for job demands including ladder climbing (267 steps), lifting, bending, working overhead, and operating in adverse weather conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent.
- 2 years' technical, mechanical, or electrical field related to wind turbines.
- Able to work safely in a team setting and meet physical demands, including weight under 265 lbs and passing a job-specific medical exam.
- Experience with electrical systems: PLCs and converters; customer-facing.

Pay
The base salary range for this position varies by location. For positions based in the United States, the base salary range is $58,000 to $73,000 annually.
