WillCall/Showroom Part-Time, 2pm - 6pm

What's the Short Version?

A Will Call Associate must be able to listen to customers, meet their needs, and efficiently load customer orders.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Operate internal systems to store customer information
• Answer customer inquiries over various channels
• Offer product substitutions and alternatives
• Prepare outgoing USPS shipments for daily pick-up
• Document information clearly in internal systems
• Educate customers on SanMar products
• Solve problems and find solutions for both SanMar and customers
• Return customer communications within 24 hours
• Maintain logs for vendors and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and will call area
• Research and enter external and internal errors
• Provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers and coworkers
• Check out and return equipment in good condition
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

What Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to read, write, identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented, ability to follow through on projects
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Salary Range: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
