Roles & Responsibilities
- Present a white glove service and experience within the Showroom
- Aid in managing the overall look, brand, and customer experience in the Showroom
- Plan, manage, and host events within the showroom, either independently or with/for the Sales team
- Build trusting relationships and collaborate with field sales employees to support their sales efforts
- Provide design solutions for consumers and/or trade professionals on their project, as requested
- Maintain sample and marketing literature inventory
- Update all supplies within the showroom
- Submit expense invoices for reimbursement on a timely basis
- Support local business partners and market representatives' sales efforts
- Generate leads and establish connections with potential trade partners and influencers through phone calls and emails
- Drive additional traffic to the Showroom by conducting outreach
- Conduct trainings, tours, and product knowledge presentations within the Showroom
- Communicate between homeowners, business partners, and appropriate internal Cambria representatives to assist with each unique situation
- Accurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce on a daily basis
- Educate on and represent the brand and product
- Present product knowledge materials to business partners, consumers, and any other Showroom visitors, effectively educating them on product attributes and differentiators
- Actively use all social media channels Cambria participates in to promote the brand, product, and Showroom

- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties

- Ability to work extended hours (evenings and weekends) if needed
Minimum Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred in Marketing, Business or similar field
- Experience: One year of experience in retail or showroom, experience in commercial or residential industry is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating in all aspects of the design process
- Technical proficiency in Google & Microsoft Suites, and SalesForce preferred
Additional Requirements
- Travel Requirements: Minimal, may be required to travel to other Cambria locations
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for displays, samples, and other marketing materials. Requires lifting and handling of event set-ups and take-downs. Requires telephone and computer use.
Pay
Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
