Will Call Associate - Union

Role Overview: This position involves managing the will-call order process, providing exceptional customer service at the will-call desk, and handling transactions such as invoicing and payments. The role includes coordinating customer pick-ups, supporting sales with special orders, arranging deliveries, organizing vendor and intercompany pick-ups, and backing up administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and generate customer will-call pickups.Assist with sales support, entering special and customer orders.Arrange van deliveries, generate routing, and stage orders.Manage vendor and intercompany pick-ups and BRTs.Support billing for add-ons, donations, office supplies, and customer invoices.Set up UPS shipments and handle incoming customer service calls during downtime.Assist with credit requests and manage Employee Cash Sales Program, including inventory and payments. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.Effective communication and listening skills.Proficiency in basic math, problem-solving, and data entry.Strong verbal and written English skills.Ability to operate data entry portals or CRT systems.
