Assist with Water Development
- Installation and maintenance of water systems
- Monitoring water systems for efficiency and effectiveness
Assist with Hunting/Family/Guest Relations
- Manage hunting activities
- Handle family and guest inquiries and concerns
Maintain Supplemental Feeding Program
- Supervise feeding programs for deer and exotic animals
- Administer and maintain feeding stations
Food Plot Management
- Develop and maintain food plots for deer and game birds
- Monitor growth and adjust planting schedules as necessary
Game Camera Records
- Keep detailed computer records of game camera scouting data
- Analyze camera footage for wildlife activity and trends
Predator Control
- Control feral hogs and coyotes using appropriate methods
- Implement strategies to reduce predator populations
Clean Up and Beautification
- Cleanup of the ranch grounds
- Facilities and equipment maintenance
Habitat Management
- Apply herbicides to manage habitats, fencerows, and water traps
- Preserve and enhance natural ecosystems
Ranch Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain heavy equipment such as tractors, skid steers, and backhoes
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Fence Maintenance
- Construct, repair, and maintain fences
- Ensure perimeter security and animal containment
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to family and guests
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
Positive Attitude and Availability
- Work nights and weekends as needed
- Be available 24/7 on call for emergencies
