Wildlife Exclusion Technician

Job Summary

Critter Control is seeking a full-time Wildlife Exclusion Service Technician to handle residential and commercial accounts in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and meet high standards for client satisfaction.

About the Role

We are a National Wildlife and Pest Management firm with over 100 offices nationwide. Our focus is on providing outstanding customer service and high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out exclusionary measures as per work orders, including attic, crawl space, deck, roof, and ladder work
• Operate a tablet and smartphone for documentation and client interaction
• Implement basic customer service practices
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Handle face-to-face, email, text, and phone interactions with clients
• Perform thorough home inspections
• Work in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Organized with emphasis on document management and daily route management
• Strong ability to operate a tablet and smartphone
• Comfortable handling face-to-face, email, text, and phone interactions with clients
• Able to implement basic customer service practices
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• A dedicated problem solver
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing thorough home inspections

Qualifications

• Valid state issued drivers license
• Pesticide Applicator License (PAC) or equivalent
• Problem Animal Control (PAC) Certification (preferred)
• Trappers Education (preferred)
