About the role

Our Wildlife Specialists visit customers and provide a full range of services to address their pest control needs and challenges. They strive to protect people and enhance lives by maintaining a pest-free environment where our clients live and work by solving complex pest issues using their knowledge and training.

Responsibilities

  • Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers which includes inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry work, working at roof top levels, crawl space vapor barrier installation, crawl space insulation removal & installation, crawl space and attic disinfections
  • Inspects properties for wildlife and rodent damage and makes recommendations on solutions to remedy the problem
  • Built internal and external relationships
  • Operates and maintains service vehicle and equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months related construction experience
  • Ability to set live traps
  • Previous ladder and/or harness work experience
  • Good understanding of different construction types
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Organized
  • Punctual
  • Able to lead others
  • Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence

Qualifications

Pay

Competitive pay with performance incentives.

Schedule

Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
