Wildlife & Construction Specialist

About the Role

Our Wildlife Specialists provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers, focusing on animal removal, exclusion, inspections, and property damage assessment. They build customer relationships, operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment, and perform tasks such as trapping, baiting, carpentry, and disinfection.

Responsibilities

• Performing wildlife exclusion and removal services
• Inspecting properties for damage and recommending solutions
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and building relationships
• Operating service vehicles and equipment safely

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months construction experience and 2 years customer service
• Ability to set traps, work at heights, and understand construction types
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pull trailers
• Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certificates
