About the role

We are seeking a professional with strong experience (5-8 years) in device testing, wireless networking, or broadband hardware.

Responsibilities

Perform end‐to‐end user experience testing of gateways, Wi‐Fi extenders, and home networking devices, covering functional, performance, regression, and interoperability scenarios.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (Java, cucumber) to increase coverage and efficiency.
Validate Wi‐Fi technologies including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, mesh networking, band steering, roaming, and wireless backhaul.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues across end-to-end.
Work with protocols such as DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, TCP/UDP, and other connectivity standards.
Drive automation strategy, improve test processes, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate closely with development, product, and architecture teams to ensure high‐quality, stable releases.
Conduct root‐cause analysis, identify quality gaps, and recommend improvements.
Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and help shape test strategy at a product/feature level.
Exhibit excellent communication, problem‐solving, debugging, and documentation skills.

Requirements

Strong experience (5-8 years) in device testing, wireless networking, or broadband hardware.

Qualifications

Experience with gateways, Wi‐Fi extenders, and home networking devices testing.

Experience with Wi‐Fi technologies including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax.

Experience with mesh networking.

Experience with test automation.
