WI Based Internet manager for hire

About the role I'm seeking

I am looking for a new opportunity after a combined 6+ years with a mid-sized Wisconsin based Chevrolet Family dealership. The dealership recently went through a buy-sell and the new company is going in a different direction with e-commerce.

My background and experience

I started in sales in the early 2000s and quickly took to the growing internet side of the business, handling leads and selling directly to customers. After a few years away from the business, I returned to the same dealership in 2010 as Internet/Marketing/IT Manager. In this role, I brought in the first CRM to the company, reviewed and implemented E-lead, and handled all incoming internet leads. I also took care of all internet products, including Cobalt, E-Biz Autos, Dealer Specialties, Homenet, Elead, Carsforsale.com, and Digital Air Strike.

Skills and accomplishments

I have a strong grasp of SEO/SEM and social media usage and building. I also handled all print advertising and created flyers and ads. After the departure of our F&I manager, I stepped into that role and acquired strong F&I skills. My accomplishments include taking my department from a closing average of less than 6% to a zone best of over 16%, per GM numbers.

What I'm looking for

I am willing to relocate and am open to trying new positions or a combination position. I am confident in my ability to generate gross for my departments and would love to discuss how I can contribute to a new team.
