Internet Manager looking to Advance and even Relocate

About the role

Lead the internet sales department to meet General Motors standards, ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit photos and videos of all dealership vehicles.
• Upload vehicle content to the Fitzpatrick Auto website and third-party automotive platforms.
• Maintain and update the Fitzpatrick Auto website.
• Manage over 130 online customer inquiries monthly and support a team of salespeople with their questions and needs.
• Send monthly mailers to over 2,000 customers to ensure satisfaction and attract new sales and service customers.
• Oversee relationships with Auto Trader, Cars.com, and other third-party vendors.
• Manage the dealership’s social media accounts and YouTube channel.
• Administer the CSSR Program and perform additional duties as required.
