About the role
Blu Dot is looking for a skilled and dynamic Specialist to join the Wholesale team. In this role, you will be contributing to the growth of the Blu Dot brand by providing relationship management and sales support for wholesale accounts.
Responsibilities
- Represent and expand the customer's connection to the Blu Dot Brand through a knowledgeable, personable and professional demeanor.
- Provide an in-depth working knowledge of product construction, appropriate application and care to customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by handling all customer issues in a positive and expeditious manner.
- Monitor indyorders@bludot.com via help desk. Be available to take calls through call center during business hours.
- Respond to all incoming emails and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to determine the best solution to service issues while remaining mindful of costs and company policies.
- Inform customers of order status and changes.
- Provide catalogs, samples and marketing materials to customers upon request.
- Solicit and communicate customer feedback and share with direct supervisor.
- Aid Accounting Department in maintaining wholesale account balances by approving/denying any credit memo claims and refunds requests.
- Communicate any changes in wholesale account information to accounting and our web team as necessary.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day support of third-party relationships.
- Manage our product information integrity on third-party sellers' sites. This includes ensuring accuracy of all product attributes, pricing, images, and adherence to MAP policies.
- Audit and communicate any discrepancies directly to the customer for immediate resolution.
- Aid customer to assure updates are made as quickly as possible.
- Send daily updates to Online Only partners via their own platforms or e-mail including order status, updated backorder dates and tracking information.
- Upload and manage all new product introductions via third-party best practices.
- Be available to manage the online only operational backend from our third-party retailers.
- Aid Accounting Department in maintaining their account balanced by approving/denying any credit memo claims and refund requests and requesting quarterly credit and overcharge list from the third-party seller team.
- Respond to any tickets submitted on their extranet within 24 hours.
- Initiate tickets on their extranet to alert third-party sellers of all issues that may arise.
- Provide warehouse team support for all third-party sellers' own carrier shipments as required.
- Have a strong understanding of systems used to process and record orders: Shopify and Great Plains.
- Actively seek and implement efficiencies and improvements to the customer order placement process.
- Cook up order-shipping logistics with customers and vendors.
- Work with accounting to ensure orders and records are free of errors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Great Plains and Shopify.
- Provide warehouse team support for own carrier shipments as required.
- Afford to alert supervisor to functional issues and help in keeping information posted to the site, accurate, current and useful.
Qualifications
- Must be an excellent listener and communicator with strong, on-brand written and verbal skills.
- Solid computer skills - email, web navigation, etc.
- Associate degree or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
