Purchase and Sourcing Specialist

Tivoli, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Purchase and Sourcing Specialist for its office located in Irvine, California.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, components, and services related to the production of lighting products.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels using inventory management software to maintain sufficient stock while avoiding overstocking.
• Conduct cost analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
• Ensure that purchased materials meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and developments in the lighting industry to support purchasing decisions.
• Ensure that procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports regarding procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Econometrics.

Pay

Salary: $57,054.00 per year.
