Wholesale Parts Counter Associate

About the Role

Cavender Toyota, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a talented Wholesale Parts Counter Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Fill orders from stock and notify the manager about out-of-stock parts that need immediate attention.
• Notify Service Advisors when special order parts are received.
• Pull orders for delivery to technicians and follow up on back-ordered parts.
• Work with outside companies to sell parts wholesale to outside shops and businesses.
• Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Locate or order parts as needed.
• Prepare invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
• Maintain and solicit wholesale accounts in person and by telephone.
• Keep the parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
• Make outbound calls and update CRM daily.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dealership parts counter experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clear MVR.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• CDK experience, OPS, CCC, and OEC knowledge a plus.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
