Responsibilities

  • Quickly migrate your current Mortgage Broker customer base.
  • Cultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts.
  • Develop pipeline of new loan submissions.
  • Master Loan Origination System (LOS), submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through.
  • Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Current Wholesale AE experience with book of business, developing, supporting, and maintaining Mortgage Brokers.
  • Thorough product knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA guidelines.
  • Competitor intelligence.
  • Autonomous, and self-motivating.
  • Demonstrated ability of knowledge of customers within the territory, as well as the competitors within the area, and the ability to sell around the competition.
  • Computer skills to master wholesale online Loan Origination System (LOS), and ability to teach customers, how to use LOS.
  • Relationship building internally and externally, to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to customers.
  • Understanding of current industry compliance polices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
