Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator

About the role

As a Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator at Commerce, Los Angeles, you will play a key role in managing the warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing orders, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders from customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Experience with inventory control and tracking systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
