About the role
Newfi Lending is a non-QM lender founded in 2014, owned by Apollo Global Management. We specialize in offering innovative lending solutions to a wide range of borrowers, including self-employed individuals, real estate investors, and those seeking to access home equity. We are currently seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives to help expand our national sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years in the mortgage lending industry.
- Minimum 1 years of mortgage sales experience.
- High comfort level with web-based tools including a CRM.
- Proven knowledge of the competitive landscape in the wholesale vertical.
- Familiarity with agency, non-conforming, FHA, and VA guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs.
- Develop an account database that hits key metrics such as pull-through, product mix, and loan quality.
- Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
Skills
- Ability to build and manage a national account base that values a partnership with Newfi Wholesale.
- Proficiency in utilizing daily dashboard data to determine business trends and course-correct when necessary.
- Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with internal support teams.
- Ability to partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
